Fenway Nursery Mural!
Here we have it, die hard Red Sox fans! Nothing gets better than this. Everything in this nursery has been customized with special images that are important to the family! What little baby would not like this mural to look at while falling asleep?!?! Oh ya, it's actual Green Monster paint! The toy box even was converted into a bax box, with our friend Wally!

Color Change | Deep Purple to Leather
Here a color change was needed. The original color was stunning, but created problems with the curtains that were specifically made for this room. With a color wash I was able to keep the original color, while modifiying the glaze to work with the curtains. The Entrance always seemed very dark to my client so I did the same faux that I did in the Bookshelf (see entry below). I faded out the darker color and replaced it with the lighter one, which made everything lighter. When standing in the familyroom, it seems like the light is creating the warmer feeling when it's actually different colors!
Marble Top Faux
We wanted to update the bookshelf and add a bit of jazz to the counter that had seen better days. With many dark rich colors already in use I decided to use blacks and greys to make the bookshelf pop! Also the inside of the bookshelf needed to be fauxed like the rest of the walls, but the main wall color was too much for the small shelves that lacked light. A lighter color was used in place of the darker color that was used for the rest of the main walls. Ta Da! A sophisticated bookshelf nothing less than WOW! Rumor has it during Thanksgiving, people were fooled into thinking it was actually marble!
